Eggs are stored in a clean, cool environment and used within 24 hours of arrival at Anh Hong's factory.

Other ingredients like sugar and milk powder are stored separately.

Cardboard Packaging Storage
Carton boxes are sorted and color-coded by product line to prevent mix-ups during distribution and delivery.

Plastic Packaging Storage
All plastic packaging used by Anh Hong Food is made from pure PP resin, free of impurities, and meets National Technical Regulations on food safety and hygiene issued by the Ministry of Health.

Cold Storage
This area stores flan, yogurt, and pudding products. It features a double-door system with sensors for easy access and optimal temperature control.

Dry Storage
This area is for products that don't require refrigeration, such as coconut jelly, fruit jelly, yogurt jelly, and drinkable jelly. Products are organized by batch and product code for efficient inventory management.

Approved ingredients are processed and filled according to ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP standards.
